The Role

As DEI Inclusion and CSR Specialist, you will support the delivery of our inclusion and belonging initiatives and roadmap, helping to create an inclusive culture where our people can be their authentic selves. You will work collaboratively across the business to operationalize DEI programmes, manage day-to-day activities, and ensure initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with company values. Additionally, you will provide support to our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and roadmap, ensuring they are coordinated efficiently and aligned with ESG principles and Flutter Group policies.

What You'll Be Doing

Inclusion & Belonging Programme Execution:

  • Support the implementation of Inclusion and Belonging (IB) programmes and initiatives across Blip, taking into consideration the established strategy and roadmaps;

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating of I&B campaigns and initiatives calendar;

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to I&B champions and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs);

  • Assist ERG leaders in planning and executing their initiatives and events and be an active member of those;

  • Track programme metrics and gather feedback to monitor effectiveness;

  • Support the budget management and ensure appropriate allocation and tracking of funds;

  • Work collaboratively with People team and business departments to support I&B integration into policies and practices;

  • Coordinate with the Talent Team to ensure I&B related topics are included in training sessions when appropriate;

  • Communicate I&B updates and opportunities to relevant stakeholders and Blip;

  • Collect and organize People data related to DEI initiatives and participation, prepare reports on programme participation, attendance, and engagement metrics;

  • Support analysis of DEI-related trends and feedback;

  • Maintain records of all DEI activities and outcomes;

  • Engage regularly with I&B teams across Flutter to ensure alignment of local initiatives with broader Group strategies and objectives. This includes actively participating in cross-company forums, sharing best practices, and coordinating efforts to support consistent integration of I&B principles.
     

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Operations:

  • Support the coordination and administration of CSR initiatives (donations, volunteering, partnerships);

  • Ensure CSR activities comply with company policy and governance requirements;

  • Maintain comprehensive records of CSR activities and community initiatives;

  • Prepare CSR activity reports and reconcile data for stakeholders and blip;

  • Engage regularly with the central CSR team to ensure alignment of local initiatives with broader Group strategies and objectives. This includes actively participating in cross-company forums, sharing best practices, and coordinating efforts to support consistent integration of CSR principles;

  • Implement Blip’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) roadmap, ensuring alignment with Group ESG principles and Flutter policies. Operationalise CSR initiatives end-to-end (e.g. donations, partnerships, volunteering), ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution across teams;

  • Ensure all community initiatives comply with internal policies and due diligence requirements, maintaining structured and up-to-date documentation and records;

  • Maintain a complete record of CSR activities (e.g. donations, activities across teams, etc.…) and provide reconciled data through the Blip (e.g. LT, Finance) and Group relevant stakeholders in accordance with the timelines defined (e.g. quarterly deadlines);

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Blip Green Committee, CSR communities, Group teams) to drive sustainability initiatives, ensuring engagement, alignment, and impact measurement;

  • Support the management of CSR budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with strategic priorities.

What Youll Bring

  • Experience supporting or implementing DEI or CSR initiatives in a professional environment;

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail;

  • Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously;

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal;

  • Proficiency in using data and spreadsheets to track and report information;

  • Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively across teams;

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment

  • English proficiency;

  • Project coordination or event management experience is a plus.
