Inbound CSR | Healthcare Account | Get a 21K Signing Bonus

Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end processing of medical record requests.
• Allocate documents and assign them to the appropriate folders or workflows.
• Handle inbound calls related to medical record inquiries and requests.
• Process and send requested medical records accurately and within established turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of medical record requests.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies regarding patient confidentiality and data security.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to medical record processing.
• Perform quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of records before release.
• Meet productivity, quality, and service level targets.

Requirements

• At least 6 months BPO experience
• Healthcare Account experience is a PLUS
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Strong attention to details
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
• Amenable working night shift
