In-Villa Dining (IVD) Supervisor

As the In-Villa Dining (IVD) Supervisor at Villa Haven, you will assist in overseeing the in-villa dining operations, ensuring that guests receive impeccable service and high-quality meals. You will support the IVD Manager in managing the IVD team, coordinating with kitchen staff, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in in-room dining or a similar setting.
• Strong leadership and team support skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality management is a plus.
