  • Must-have SN Foundational (Development hands-on exp; 100% technical): ITSM + Integrations (Integrations Hub). Additionally, 

  • Must-have SN Specialist skillset (atleast 2 ): HRSD/WSD, Custom Apps (App Engine), SecOps/GRC (IRM), Now Assist , CSDM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SPM. Platform 

 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

  • Must-have SN Foundational (Development hands-on exp; 100% technical): ITSM + Integrations (Integrations Hub). Additionally, 

  • Must-have SN Specialist skillset (atleast 2 ): HRSD/WSD, Custom Apps (App Engine), SecOps/GRC (IRM), Now Assist , CSDM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SPM. Platform 

 

Preferred skill sets:
