IN_RBIC_Asst.Manager/Dy.Manager_Medical Officer – Occupational Health

Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is a 100% Bosch owned company in India. The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Administrative:

Plan improvements and modernization of health care delivery, submit & implement such proposals to the management for further action.

Implementation of Bosch Hospitalization Scheme for employees and reconciliation of hospitalization scheme with the stakeholders.

Preventive Health Care:

Monitor occupational health key performance indicators among the workforce and propose measures for treatment Notify and conduct investigation of outbreak of any infectious or notifiable disease under Factories Act to authorities concerned

Training :

Provide training through proactive health interventions, lifestyle programs, mental health, camps etc., to identified employees on matters related to occupational health, first aid, emergency care, basic cardiac life support and hygiene

People Development :

Implement various interventions towards competency

development of team based on current and future trends

MBBS
AFIH
Experience   10 - 12 years post MBBS of professional experience
5 years experience of working in Major Industries (desirable)

Competency requirements:

* Proficient knowledge in the area of Occupational Health for assessing health of employees
* Expert knowledge of assessing general health and seasonal health related issues
* Expert in Risk assessment of occupational health & industrial hygiene hazards within the factory
premises
* Proficient in Emergency medicines and treatment to handle the health related challenges

*Expert in providing first aid treatment to employees in the establishment
* Proficient in dealing with the Hospitals and negotiation with hospital,
* Competent level of interpersonal skills to deal with various stakeholders while handling different
situations
* Expert level of skill in diagnosing the health related issues or cases.
