Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . > Lead data‑driven analysis for quality issues, warranty failures, and customer complaints
> Perform warranty analysis and optimization to reduce field failures and warranty cost
> Develop predictive models to identify high‑risk parts, processes, and suppliers
> Support root cause analysis (8D, 5‑Why, DDPS) using manufacturing and field data
> Optimize quality and warranty processes using statistical and machine‑learning techniques
> Create dealer‑level analytics applications for complaint screening, decision support, and investigation
> Design dashboards and reports for quality, customer, and management reviews
> Integrate data from plants, dealers, suppliers, and field return systems
> Collaborate with Quality, Warranty, Manufacturing, and IT teams to deploy solutions
> Drive digital transformation in Quality & Warranty functions through analytics and automation

BE (IT, ECE, EEE) with 2 Years of Experience.

Hands‑on expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
Strong skills in data visualization and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Minitab, etc.)
Ability to perform data‑driven root cause analysis (5‑Why, Pareto, correlation analysis
Hands‑on expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
Proficiency in Python / R for analytics and model development
