- Operation and Implementation of enterprise networks
- Advanced support for network systems including problem determination and resolution
- Configuration, troubleshooting, upgrading and maintaining all Cisco devices (listed in description)
- Windows Active Directory administration for multiple sites
- Solarwinds monitoring application
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other related technical field
- CCNA or CCNP certification
- MCSE certification or equivalent
- VMWare certification or equivalent
