Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

In capital markets accounting advisory services at PwC, you will focus on providing strategic guidance on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organisation’s value.

Our team helps organisations navigate regulatory complexity while strengthening trust and transparency in their business. While many of the rules of business have changed, the fundamentals haven’t. You’ll work alongside senior members of the client’s management team in planning the audit process from beginning to end, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and fair presentation of our client’s information.

*Years of experience required  

For Senior Processors: 3-5 years of relevant experience 

For Junior Processors: Up to 3 years of relevant experience 

*Education Qualification   

Graduate or equivalent

*Please note that you will not be allowed to bring any personal belongings into the working zone.   However, dedicated Lockers will be provided to store personal belongings outside the working area. 

*The shifts are time-bound as follows: 

Graveyard Shift: 

12:00am to 9:00am. 

Evening Shifts: 

March to October - 5.30 pm to 2.30 am (9 hours) 

November to Feb - 6.30 pm to 3.30 am (9 hours)
