In House Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring top talent that aligns with our organizational goals. Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions.

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process continuously.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of various recruitment methods and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR softwares.
