Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

• Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings
  
• Representation of clients in Athens courts
• Strategically counsel clients and potential clients on legal matters
• Represent the company in legal proceedings
• Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters
• Examine the legal issues related to new products and services
• Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations

Requirements

• BSc in Law
  
• MSc in relevant law topics will be considered an asset
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken professional English
• Computer skills (MS Office, CRM)
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Highly analytical skills with strong attention to detail
