Key Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, IT-related courses, or Master's degree from reputable, accredited institutions
Professional Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the Certification Body industry
- Completed Lead Auditor training course (ISO 22000)
- Additional LA Courses considered an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Language: Fluent English (written and verbal) + local language proficiency
- Adaptability: Responsive to change and effective collaboration
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of preferred industry and related legal requirements
- Leadership: Ability to work in international teams and lead teams to meet/exceed customer and internal requirements
- Training: Willingness to conduct training is an added advantage
