Planeación y programación de transportes nacionales, envíos por mensajería, cotizaciones de fletes, reportes y programaciones de vuelos internacionales con forwarders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programación y seguimiento puntual con proveedores de mensajería y proveedores de transportes nacionales.

• Estrecha comunicación con customer service para cualquier actualización en los embarques.

• Seguimiento, rastreo y actualización de reportes de control para envíos de mensajería nacional e internacional y transportes locales.

• Coordinar con proveedores de transporte las recolecciones y entregas.

• Buscar oportunidades de consolidación de embarques.

• Realizar el cubicaje de unidades de transporte local.

• Seleccionar la empresa de mensajería para envíos pequeños según Incoterm y cantidades.

• Soporte al área de almacén en la elaboración de guías de mensajería.

• Soporte logístico a clientes internos (Customer Service, ventas, planeación, producción).

Minimum Requirements:

Educación formal: Licenciatura en Comercio exterior, negocios internacionales, administración o afin.

Lenguajes:Inglés Intermedio

IT/Software:MS Office, Internet, Oracle, Outlook.

Experiencia en años: 2 años o más.

Conocimientos tecnicos: Conceptos de comercio internacional, logística y cubicaje.
