Job description

The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world. By overseeing our financial activities, you will enable IBM to continue to bring to market ground-breaking innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technologies, to name a few.

Conduct a detailed analysis of subsidies and documents submitted to the bank, assessing their compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Identify and report any irregularities, inconsistencies, or potential risks in the documents analyzed.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to clarify queries and ensure the accuracy of information.
Prepare analysis reports and present findings to the leadership team.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on changes in banking regulations.
Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures related to banking operations.
Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of handled information.

- Knowledge of import flows;

- Knowledge of import contracts;

- Activities related to the payment of materials and clearance fees at the Federal Revenue Office;

- Temporary position for 06 months. 

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and software (desirable skill);
Familiarity with the technologies and systems used in the banking industry;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
Previous experience of at least 1 year in roles related to banking operations, credit analysis, compliance, or related areas.
