From our office in Avignon, we’re looking for an Implementation Consultant who’s eager to contribute to the implementation and configuration of tailored Miles solutions that improve customers’ business processes and support their digital transformation. 

What you'll do...

•    Analyze and translate customer requirements into detailed functional and system specifications.
•    Design, configure, test, and document tailored solutions within the Miles platform.
•    Assess existing Miles functionalities and recommend the most suitable solution approach.
•    Collaborate with customers, project teams, and Product Managers to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
•    Support data migration, document management, and reporting activities throughout the project lifecycle.

What you bring...

•    Proven experience in configuration consulting or software implementation, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
•    Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and documentation.
•    Business-fluent French and English, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
