Job Summary

What will the job look like:

 

Delivery of high quality and high performing systems to meet the customer business needs based on the Veradigm ERP product set. Collaboration with Professional Services Project Manager to provide accurate and timely communication on activities impacting services revenue.

This role can be done remotely in CST time zone

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs initial setup and/or upgrades, configuration and installation of hardware or software.
• Handles data migration and validation of software or server configuration.
• Exchanges data and technical resolution with client systems level resources.
• Works on multiple implementations at a time.
• Ensures the use of appropriate processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manages project risks through the prioritization, planning, up to delivery.
• Establishes trusted relationships with the project team.
• Builds relationships across organizational functions (internal and external, as required by the project) at various levels including but not limited to decision makers.
• Identifies, suggests, and implements improvements to processes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server
• Skilled at data manipulation and conversions
• Experience with custom interface and report building
• 2 + years of experience in technical consulting for client server hardware and software, networking, drive storage systems, operating systems, SQL & database management, systems analysis, and problem resolution
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Must be self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
• MS Office Suite skills are required (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
