Job Description
Our immigration compliance team located in Prague, Czech Republic, is seeking a full-time immigration associate.

Vialto Partners navigate clients through complex governmental regulations and rapidly changing immigration laws and help foreign workers and their family members in fulfilling their legal obligations towards the immigration and labor authorities. 

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: 

  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients needing immigration support.

  • Assess client needs and create tailored immigration strategies.

  • Manage end-to-end immigration processes, including visa and work permit applications.

  • Prepare, review, and submit immigration documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

  • Advise clients on procedures, timelines, risks, and changes in immigration rules.

  • Liaise with government authorities, consulates, and third-party providers to monitor case progress.

  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure secure document handling.

  • Handle unexpected issues professionally and efficiently.

  • Track time, support billing, and remain commercially aware.

  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams for smooth case management.

  • Train junior team members on immigration processes and tools.

  • Stay current with immigration laws and policies.

  • Support implementation of relevant technology or platforms, depending on the service line.
     

Qualifications 

  • No prior experience required.

  • Native speaker / Proficiency in Czech and communicative level in English.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task with a focus on achieving results.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Proactive, efficient, very well self-organized, able to meet tight deadlines, able to drive and push tasks to the end independently or with little supervision.

  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Digitally oriented and eager to learn new technology.

  • Professional curiosity, energetic and responsible nature, eagerness and motivation to learn new things and internal drive to self-develop.
