3. Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable and efficient code and correctly employ object-oriented design patterns
4. Ability to drive and manage the team of developers to a place where they can deliver successful apps
5. Good Knowledge of software development life cycle
6. Knowledge of Android's common software design patterns, including the ones needed to develop connected application with high-performing UI.
