Validate: A recruiter validates the candidates’ experience and skill sets against our client’s position.
Initial Screening: Based on the position and the client’s work culture, the recruiter uses initial screening questions to determine the most suitable candidates.
Submit: the recruiter will submit to the technical team qualified candidates who have passed the initial screening.
Technical Screening: The technical team then prepares a matrix of the particular requirements and required experience for the position and using a list of questions and the results, re-validates the candidates’ technical skills.
Background Check: Administrative personnel will provide a detailed background check, as required, per client agreement.
On board: On successfully completing the above steps, the candidates are welcomed on board and assisted to ensure a smooth integration at the client’s location.

Client is seeking an Expert Level Technical Architect with prior experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for an approximately 12 month engagement with IAM Discipline. This position will be an integral part of delivering systems that leverage business rules and business processes to streamline and automate Identity and Access Management (IAM) decisions across disparate applications, solutions, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will also possess strong programming proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and Web UI technologies.


Required Skills: 

• Ability to identify and analyze recurring problems and serve as an expert in designing system infrastructure
• Extensive technical knowledge in a highly specialized area of Identity and Access Management
• Detailed understanding of technical issues to design architecture for new or emerging technologies.
• Experience creating/integrating Identity and Access Management solutions into new and existing application architectures
• Experience implementing token-based authentication and claims-based authorization schemes
• Experience implementing claims-based authorizations for web and/or mobile applications (e.g., from attribute stores, group memberships)
• Extensive experience programming in ASP.NET MVC, C#
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server
• Working knowledge of IAM processes and industry best practices
• Experience with Optimal IdM Federation & Identity Services
