Job Title: BUSINESS SYSTEMS CONSULTANT (Identity and Access Management)

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

This position will coordinate and request BoKS access for new server builds and troubleshoot BoKS access issues for both the production and pre-production environments.

Day to day responsibilities include: 

• Attend build guide review meetings 

• Update build guide with BoKS information for preproduction and production environments 

• Submit BoKS forms for preproduction and production environments 

• Assist technical project managers (TPMs) with BoKS form questions and access issues 

• Maintain spreadsheets to track statuses and approvals of submitted BoKS forms and to prepare for upcoming projects. 

• Document changes related to BoKS' redesigns in preproduction to educate TPMs about the ever-evolving process 

• Work with Enterprise Access Management team to resolve BoKS-related issues 

• Candidates will need an understanding of enterprise user access management, implementation of access in a locked-down environment, and BoKS userclasses and hostgroups. 

• They must also be competent in creating, streamlining, and documenting processes.
