Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier support to Icelandic-speaking VIP customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Manage inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Offer tailored solutions and recommendations based on the specific preferences and needs of each VIP customer.
• Document customer interactions and service responses accurately in our support management system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for VIP clients.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and service enhancements to provide effective assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, specifically in a VIP service context, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
• A proactive, personable attitude, with the capability to work independently.
