In this vital role, you will be assisting our Icelandic-speaking clients with their travel inquiries, bookings, and any issues they may encounter. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding their travel needs.
• Efficiently handle booking inquiries, cancellations, and changes while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Offer insightful information on travel destinations, itineraries, and regulations to assist customers in making informed choices.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the support system.
• Collaborate with various teams and travel partners to ensure streamlined service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and travel regulations to provide the best possible information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the travel sector, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to customer service excellence.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems is beneficial.
