Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone in Icelandic.
• Assist users with account inquiries, content recommendations, and platform navigation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming, subscriptions, and billing.
• Document customer interactions and solutions for accurate tracking and future reference.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve complex customer challenges efficiently.
• Stay informed about the latest platform features, content updates, and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Prior experience in customer support, especially in technology or streaming services, is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Able to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
