Responsibilities

• Assist Icelandic-speaking clients in understanding our product offerings and recommending customized solutions that fit their requirements.
• Deliver outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues effectively.
• Conduct informative product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and advantages of our products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and contribute to closing sales.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve our product offerings and overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and market changes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or product consultancy is advantageous.
• Strong ability to communicate complex product information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
