Your fluency in Icelandic and commitment to partner satisfaction will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships and ensuring our partners have the necessary resources and assistance to excel. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for Icelandic-speaking partners, addressing their inquiries and support needs.
• Provide expert guidance on product features and usage to maximize partner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with partners to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Document partner interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the support system.
• Analyze partners' feedback to identify trends and improve service offerings.
• Work with internal teams to create and update training materials and support resources for partners.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in customer service or partner support roles is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities to address partner challenges.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support platforms is beneficial.
• A proactive approach and commitment to enhancing partner success are essential.
