This role is designed for individuals who are fluent in Icelandic and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the online retail space. As an Online Shopping Advisor, you will assist customers with their inquiries, guiding them through their online shopping experience and ensuring they have all the necessary information to make informed decisions. Responsibilities

• Engage with Icelandic-speaking customers through chat, email, or phone, assisting them with their online shopping queries.
• Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, and returns efficiently and courteously.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance the overall online shopping experience.
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and store policies to ensure accurate assistance.
• Foster a positive and engaging communication style to create a friendly online shopping atmosphere.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize customer interactions and elevate satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the e-commerce sector, is preferred.
• Ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions promptly.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms and CRM systems is beneficial.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively both individually and as part of a collaborative team.
