Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat for our online marketplace.
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and marketplace policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly to maintain a positive shopping environment.
• Assist customers in navigating the marketplace and understanding product details.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to aid service enhancement.
• Collaborate with team members and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Stay informed about marketplace trends, product updates, and industry news to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar marketplace environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with online marketplace systems is a plus.
• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and digital communication platforms.
