In this role, you will engage directly with the Icelandic gaming community through live chat, providing top-notch support and guidance for their gaming inquiries. Your contributions will be crucial in delivering a seamless gaming experience by helping players with troubleshooting, answering questions, and encouraging a vibrant gaming community. Responsibilities

• Engage with Icelandic-speaking gamers via live chat, providing friendly, prompt, and effective assistance.
• Resolve a variety of gaming-related inquiries, including technical support, gameplay tips, and account management.
• Inform players about game updates, features, and community standards.
• Record interactions and feedback from players accurately for continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with the gaming team to share player insights and enhance overall player experience.
• Promote positive interactions among players to maintain a welcoming gaming environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong enthusiasm for gaming.
• Prior experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to effectively address customer inquiries.
• A genuine passion for gaming, with familiarity with popular games and platforms.
• Experience with live chat tools or customer support software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to accommodate peak gaming times.
