In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing specialized IT consulting services to our Icelandic-speaking clients, helping them identify their technology challenges and implement effective solutions tailored to their business needs. Your expertise in technology combined with a strong focus on customer satisfaction will be key to driving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with Icelandic-speaking clients to assess their IT needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Create and implement strategic IT plans that align with the objectives of clients' businesses.
• Provide thorough training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they can optimize their use of IT solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technological advancements to provide insightful recommendations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an asset.
• Experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Familiarity with a variety of IT products, solutions, and emerging technologies.
