Responsibilities

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Solid understanding of hospitality service standards and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing the client experience.
