Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Icelandic-speaking players through various channels, including forums, social media, and live chat.
• Efficiently address gameplay questions, technical concerns, and community feedback with professionalism and urgency.
• Encourage player interaction and help maintain a friendly and inclusive community environment.
• Work closely with the development team to share player insights and contribute suggestions for improvements.
• Stay updated on game content, features, and community guidelines to provide accurate and helpful support.
• Document player interactions and identify common issues to enhance the overall player experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on community engagement.
