As a Game Chat Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing game chat environments, ensuring a friendly and respectful atmosphere for players. Responsibilities

• Moderate chat interactions within gaming environments to promote positive communication among players.
• Respond to player inquiries and concerns promptly, providing support and maintaining a respectful gaming atmosphere.
• Identify and manage inappropriate or abusive behavior within chat forums, enforcing community guidelines.
• Work closely with the gaming team to report trends in player behavior and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
• Facilitate community engagement by organizing and promoting fun events or activities within the game.
• Stay informed about game updates, features, and community events to interact knowledgeably with players.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a love for gaming.
• Experience in online community management or moderation is preferred.
• Ability to handle conflicts with patience and ensure a positive user experience.
• Familiarity with popular gaming platforms and community guidelines.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
