In this vital role, you will work directly with Icelandic-speaking clients to enhance their digital storefronts and help them navigate the complexities of online retail. Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in Icelandic to identify their digital store needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Support clients in setting up and optimizing their digital storefronts for optimal user experience.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing assistance regarding digital retail tools and effective practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and enhance service offerings.
• Keep abreast of e-commerce trends to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
• Document interactions with clients to continually improve service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in digital retail, e-commerce, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
• Good analytical skills to assess performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in the rapidly changing digital landscape.
