Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring clear and precise communication.
• Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Assist customers by offering product information and guidance throughout their journey.
• Document customer interactions for future reference and to support ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and best practices in customer service.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
