In this key role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our Icelandic-speaking clients. Your main responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Icelandic.
• Assist customers with questions about our products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay current on product knowledge to provide accurate assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are crucial.
• Experience in a customer support role or similar is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage customer inquiries with care and empathy.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.
