In this important role, you will engage with our Icelandic-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met while providing outstanding support. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and building meaningful relationships to enhance client loyalty. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Icelandic-speaking clients, managing inquiries and offering exceptional support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and expectations.
• Efficiently resolve client concerns and issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and keep clients informed about new offerings and updates.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experiences and communicate valuable feedback.
• Stay informed about market trends and company services to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in client relations, customer service, or account management is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on achieving client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
• Experience with CRM systems and client management tools is beneficial.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
