Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Icelandic-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to our business operations and support services.
• Proactively resolve client issues to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our support system.
• Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and suggest actionable solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in business support or customer service is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
• A proactive and positive approach to assisting customers is essential.
