Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Icelandic-speaking customers seeking assistance with automotive services.
• Respond to customer inquiries about vehicle maintenance, repairs, and available service options.
• Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and provide clear explanations of our service processes.
• Effectively handle customer concerns, ensuring resolution and high satisfaction levels.
• Inform customers about service options, warranties, and promotions available to enhance their experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service inquiries.
• Partner with service teams and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service; experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Effective problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment while managing multiple inquiries.
• Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
