Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Icelandic.
• Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and available services.
• Maintain clear and detailed records of all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Previous experience in the airline or travel industry is an advantage.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for travel and basic knowledge of airline operations is beneficial.
• Familiarity with customer service software and airline reservation systems is a plus.
