ICCO Customer Care Professional

We are seeking Customer Care Professionals to support inquiries related to our Business Cards for commercial customers. As a member of the Commercial Servicing Network, you will serve as the "voice" of American Express and play a vital role in delivering Relationship Care® through inbound customer interactions. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with a diverse range of Business Card Members, including business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, and employees. By understanding each customer's unique needs, you will provide personalized solutions and deliver the exceptional service experience that defines the American Express brand.
