We are Seeking an IT Specialist with a unique skill set required for Rational Team Concert (RTC). This position is like to be a contract for an IBM Jazz CLM Process Specialist.

Complete Description:

This position functions as an expert in mentoring teams to comply with policies and procedures from a process perspective supporting multiple business areas across the whole Department. This position will work with the tool administration team and other team to configure the tool to follow industry best practices and standards.
