About the Role

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a motivated HVAC Technician (Refrigeration or Electrical trade) to join our Melbourne team. This role offers excellent autonomy, variety, and opportunities to grow your technical capability and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and routine maintenance

  • Commission, install, overhaul, fault‑find, and service mechanical systems

  • Work across a wide range of equipment, including package units, chillers, and central plant

  • Gain exposure to Johnson Controls’ Building Management Systems

  • Provide quotes for small works and manage sites as required

  • Interpret and work from technical drawings and plans

  • Complete small commercial installations

About You

  • Experience with chillers and commercial air conditioning (highly desirable)

  • Trade qualification in Refrigeration or Electrical with HVAC experience

  • Restricted Electrical License

  • Valid driver’s license
