What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues
• Performing preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Servicing rooftop units, split systems, package units, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, ice machines, and refrigeration systems
• Reading wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment documentation
• Performing equipment startups and commissioning
• Communicating findings and recommendations clearly with customers and team members
• Maintaining accurate service documentation
• Ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC/R experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Experience working on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Knowledge of electrical controls, motors, compressors, and refrigeration cycles
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with restaurant refrigeration equipment
• Experience with supermarket or commercial refrigeration systems
• Experience with building automation and controls
• OSHA certification
• Additional manufacturer certifications
