HVAC Controls Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead service section to provide technical support to customer/ contractors/ consultant on BMS and plant management.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with chiller plant and provide recommendations
• Attend system integrated testing with customer and have deep understanding on chiller plant system and efficiency
• Manage a team of service technicians direct reports, and a few in-house subcontractors to support our all technical related escalations
• Meet customers with Service Managers to support in customer meetings
• Manage other administrative tasks as required such as field staffs’ leave, tools requests, safety related requests, or cost related matters in SAP
• Support field staffs for any required assistance on BMS/Controls matters
• Able to analyze overall plant efficiency to meet GreenMark certification and recommend solutions
• Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions. Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints and schematics of Control System
• Trainer BMS related topics, includes customer and service team
• Able to generate technical report for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor repairs execution by team and subcontractor on controllers and BMS system
• Manage P&L of Controls team

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years prior relevant HVAC chiller experience

Solid people leadership experience in work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution to the team

Specialized knowledge of technical and operational practices

University Degree with M&E Engineering is preferred
