HV Technician - Electrical (Saudi Arabia)

As a HV Technician, you will be responsible for working with high voltage electrical systems, ensuring that maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs are conducted safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair high voltage electrical equipment and systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical systems to enhance reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and provide effective solutions to restore system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while working on high voltage systems.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to minimize downtime during maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inspection reports.
• Stay updated with advancements in high voltage technology and industry best practices.
• Participate in safety training and promote a culture of safety in the workplace.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with high voltage electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety protocols and high voltage regulations.
• Experience with the installation and maintenance of substations, transformers, and switchgears.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret electrical schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in various conditions and on-call as required.
