Job Responsibilities:

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end White Collar and Blue Collar recruitment processes, including workforce planning support, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management and onboarding activities.
  • Review and assess candidate applications, conduct interviews, present suitable candidates to hiring managers and ensure efficient execution of recruitment processes.
  • Plan and coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure effective integration of new employees and communication of company culture, policies and practices.
  • Conduct training needs analyses, prepare and update annual training plans, organize internal and external training programs, and monitor training effectiveness.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations and employee development planning.
  • Support talent management, succession planning and career development processes, including internal promotion activities.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives by analyzing survey results and supporting continuous improvement actions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor legislation, company policies and quality management system requirements, including alignment with IATF 16949 standards where applicable.
  • Analyze recruitment, training and performance-related data, prepare regular reports and present findings to management.
  • Utilize HR information systems effectively and support the accurate execution of digital HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences, Psychology, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, or a related field,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, and career & talent management processes,
  • Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques,
  • Experience in training needs analysis, training planning, and training organization,
  • Good knowledge of Labor Law and basic Human Resources legislation,
  • Preferably experienced in SAP, Workday, or similar Human Resources Information Systems,
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
