About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a true generalist HR role where no two days are the same. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of end-to-end HR services while being a trusted point of contact for employees and leaders.

You’ll contribute to creating a positive, compliant and high-performing workplace culture, while developing your experience across a broad range of HR activities.

This role is open to applications from candidates based in Melbourne or Brisbane. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting HR Business Partners and HR Advisors with day-to-day HR activities
  • Preparing employment contracts, letters and HR documentation
  • Supporting visa and immigration processes where required
  • Assisting with employee relations matters, including investigations and grievance handling
  • Managing HR systems, employee records and ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Supporting performance review processes and training coordination
  • Assisting with HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making
  • Contributing to HR projects, policy updates and continuous improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent 
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Confidence working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships and manage competing priorities
  •  A high level of discretion and confidentiality
