Human Resources Manager

Our client is a membership network for one-on-one professional learning. Based in New York, they have 22 offices worldwide and over 1.400 client companies. The company is seeking to hire a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join their NYC office.

• Manage and a recruit for a portfolio of positions
• Strive for exceptional and best-in-class candidate experience
• Develop strong internal relationships and performance measures
• Work closely with Compensation, Finance, and HRBPs to solve business needs
• Constantly identifying ways to further the teams' strategic offerings and abilities to best meet the ongoing demands of the business
• Work closely with VP and Global head of Talent Acquisition, Business Unit Managers and HRBP’s to execute workforce plan with recruitment budget in mind.

• BA/BS required
• Has managed a team of 2 or more
• Strong ATS management experience

• Generalist Recruiter experience, not just Tech
• Willing to be hands-on throughout daily activities
• Experience working directly with Comp, HRBP, and Finance
• Mix of agency and corporate experience, corporate is preferred
• 3+ years of internal/corporate recruiting experience, prior agency work OK
• Ability to translate business requirements into strategic talent acquisition actions with positive, measurable impact

• Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position
