Our Client, a leading Nigerian independent integrated energy company, currently playing in the downstream sector of the Petroleum Industry now wishes to setup an E&P

Company with the aim of acquiring, developing and producing oil & gas assets safely and efficiently for the benefit of all stakeholders. The company is seeking to recruit talented professionals in a wide variety of fields to lead and drive the business

The prime candidates would be seasoned professionals with proven skills in their areas of specialization and would be expected to work in a leadership team to deliver business targets. These roles offer career growth opportunities and exposure to a challenging environment where dynamic individuals can flourish in the upstream sector of the Oil and Gas industry.

Demonstrated understanding of industry dynamics in relation to staffing, talent management, organization effectiveness and external issues and interpret the trends broadly to ensure the Business / Function meets short/longer-term objectives. 

Minimum of First Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent. A Post Graduate would be an added advantage. Minimum of 10 years Experience in similar position within the upstream sector of an Oil and Gas and must be CIPM or CIPD certified
