General Summary: The People and Culture team is looking for an intern to join our growing team. A successful candidate will have a strong customer service approach, good attention to detail, be proactive, and be a good team player.

Primary Responsibilities and Competencies:

  • Assisting leadership with enhancing the candidate, new hire, employee, and manager experience in alignment with Anew's mission, vision, and values.
  • Helping to ensure the accuracy and relevance of employee policies, actively seeking opportunities for policy and procedure enhancements.
  • Assist with the onboarding process.
  • Help to maintain employee data integrity within Bambo HR.
  • Help maintain employee records and provide administrative documentation support within a Sharedrive environment.
  • Fulfill other assigned tasks as needed.

Required Education, Experience and Certification:

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
  • Understanding of basic people and culture responsibilities
