As Human Resources Administrator, you will support the human resource functions within a warehouse setting, including recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring HR compliance. You will contribute to our Europe business by handling administrative tasks related to HR, such as managing employee records and payroll information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding general HR policies, procedures, and services.
  • Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with external service providers to ensure efficient delivery of HR-related services.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and address any service-related issues.
  • Support recruitment.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of progressive HR administrative or support experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or storage-related companies in Europe.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent language proficiency in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good knowledge of employment law (German laws or French laws) and its application in fast-paced operational settings.
